Compare RHV to Cockpit Data

As a data scientist, I want to confirm that there are no additional requirements or limitations put on the data that are not apparent from the model code itself.

To do this we will take a look at a sample data set that was the original target for this work, and ensure that it is relatively comparable to the RHV data set.

• Determine if the RHV data is comparable to the original Cockpit data.
