[FEATURE] Add window positioning

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We may want to add parameters to start plugins in different positions on the screen.

Describe the solution you'd like
additional parametrs to plugins like:
screen (choose between displays), position (top/bottom/left/right + any permutations).

Additional context
We need to make sure this is cross-platform or not do it at all.
