GitHub Actions now support Linux ARM runners (https://github.blog/changelog/2025-01-16-linux-arm64-hosted-runners-now-available-for-free-in-public-repositories-public-preview/).

This means that we should be able to build RPI (and other ARM chips)-compatible wheels without too much trouble.

We may want to wait for the cibuildwheel community to confirm compatibility before updating our CI though (pypa/cibuildwheel#2131).
