talos-bootstrap wrong disks name

generating PKI and tokens

Created /etc/xen/talos/worker.yaml
Created /etc/xen/talos/talosconfig

all disks are defined, maybe problem in full name /dev/xvda
problem after update to 1.8.4 cozystack, can't add new vm to k8s cluster
