Unable to submit new campaign

When creating a new campaign after filling out the entire detail and everything. Everytime I try to Submit the campaign by clicking on the "Submit new campaign", the page is refreshed but it should open my Metamask wallet to sign for a transaction to create a new campaign.

There is an issue with the metamask I am not sure if we have to import another wallet instead I am trying also to find the solution
