latest readr version (2.1.5) is not able to read remote gzipped csv files, see
tidyverse/readr#1555
As a result, read_vpts() cannot read remote gzipped vpts files either

As a workaround, we disabled the failing test for now:
ca095f0

This issue is to track the readr fix and a reminder to revert this disabled test.
