Seconded. Appologies for the necropost.

I think you're supposed to use Ruby 2.5.1-2 (like it says in the Gemfile), and then run "ruby bin/install" from the project path. But when I do that, I get a bundler error that stops me right in my Ruby On Tracks (pun intended).

Some help for us plebians would be greatly appreciated.
