I installed scancode-toolkit[packages] on Debian testing aarch64 and I failed the test tests/packagedcode test_recognize.py::TestRecognize::test_recognize_winexe and got the error OSError: [Errno 8] Exec format error: '/home/jono/nexb/src/scancode-toolkit/venv/lib/python3.12/site-packages/go_inspector/bin/GoReSym_lin'

We should build GoReSym from source
