What should be the first 5 applications ?

For Abilian (dogfooding), we need:

Hedgedoc
A web analytics services (TBD)
A videoconferencing system (Jitsi or BBB?)
Dolibarr
...

So we should start with those.

We also need a package number 0, displaying a "your server is operational", proving that docker/nginxflask are ok.
