Generalization on poll color and modified some border radius values

Here user can't set progress and the remaining color of poll bar manually. I can do it.

After the vote, two rectangles with all sides border-radius made it distinguish. I can make it to show just like one rectangle containing both color after vote.

I made a pull request here. Hope you merge it soon.
