SUMMARY
When I open the start menu and select an option from the right click menu of an application the operation is not executed, the start menu closes and the task bar seems to 'reset' (or crash).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Open the tiled menu
Right click on an application tile (eg. a browser)
Left on the option you want to select (eg. open a private window)
OBSERVED RESULT
The operation is not executed, the start menu closes and the task bar seems to 'reset' (or crash).
EXPECTED RESULT
The operation is executed.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I don't think that it's the application's fault, because when I do the exact same thing in the (default KDE) taskbar everything works as I would expect it to do.

I can reproduce the issue. For some reason, it doesn't affect the "Recent App" context menu, the normal app list context menu, nor the search context menu.
Looks like the dynamic actions code has changed quite a bit since Plasma 5.8.
