Suggestion - talk to the arrow folks about a tight integration

There is a JIRA in the arrow javascript project to add the ability to read/write parquet files. Seems a good fit and the original ironSource project is referenced.

One raised concern is the fact that LZO is in the package and that has some licensing impact. Should be easy to just take it out though, don't know if anyone is using it since SNAPPY is available.
