Add two additional columns to the load profile:

  • a percentage column that indicates how large the share of user for a transaction out of all users is
  • a percentage column for the share of arrival rate for that transaction of the total

Display this as 2.06% as we already do for transaction errors across agents. If we don't have an arrival rate, we also just display "-" here as for the arrival rate itself.

Because users and arrival rate can be ranges, we display the share for the max value.
