just look at the right scrollbar, it keeps blinking and it's really annoying as it moves the whole elements on the page, the OS is Windows 11 and the browser is the latest version of Google Chrome.

Unfortunately, I don't have Windows on any accessible computer. And Chrome under Linux does not show me this error. But as soon as I have the chance to test it, I will of course do so.
