Dragging Spacer and Image Blocks from the Editor to Nest within the List View Causes Disappearance and Frozen Toolbar

Description

When dragging certain blocks from the Editor to List View to nest them inside another block, the dragged block disappears, and the dragged toolbar becomes unresponsive. Refer to the screencast for clarity.

Observations:

• The issue consistently occurs with Image and Spacer blocks.
• However, other blocks like Paragraph and Heading function as expected and do not exhibit this behavior.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Drag an Image or Spacer block from the Editor to List View and attempt to nest it inside the Group Block.
2. Observe that the block being dragged disappears.
3. Note that the dragged toolbar freezes and becomes unresponsive.

@nani-samireddy, you tried to move it from List View to List View, the issue occurs when you drag it from within the Editor portion to the List View. Notice the GIF above, the Spacer was dragged from the Editor to List View.

Can you try testing it on the Trunk? The Gutenberg Plugin is not available for me on Playground, maybe this was a recently introduced regression.
