Description

In the "Community team event mentor training" course, there's two buttons at the bottom of the "Mentoring Community Organizers" page. Namely "Complete Lesson" and "Take quiz".
If you click on "Complete Lesson" and then in the left sidebar click on the Quiz , it says you've passed even if you only got 0%.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions (optional)

1. Go to the "Community team event mentor training" course, https://learn.wordpress.org/course/wordcamp-mentor-training/
2. Select "Mentoring Community Organizers" lesson.
3. At the bottom of the page, click the "Complete Lesson" button.
4. In the left sidebar, click on the "Quiz" link for "Mentoring Community Organizers"
5. It will say you passed the quiz, but you only got 0%.
