on all releases on multiple arch/windows versions there seems to be an issue with copy and paste

see image for example of copying highlighted line in frhed and what results in being pasted into notepad

What result are you expecting?
Note that control characters and characters with character codes above 0x80 will be displayed as <bh:xx>.

Most people would expect that the text they copy would be stored in the clipboard in the exact same way that it is shown in the editor, for example if frhed shows 4d 51 90 and they copy that text then they would expect the clipboard to store 4d 51 90 and not <bh:4d> <bh:51> <bh:90>. If for whatever reason the current behavior is desired, there should at least be a toggleable option to make the clipboard store the text in the way I explained previously, since that is generally how most editors work on Windows (and every OS for that matter).
