Describe the issue

The logo at the top of the footer is cut off.

I already tried

  • I've read and searched the documentation.
  • I've searched for similar issues in this repository.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Go to https://weblate.org/
  2. Scroll to bottom
  3. Check the top of Footer

This was intentional, but apparently it confuses people. See #630 or #1640.

this is probably the most complained on thing on our website.
