Does lock/unlock feature have button in weblate UI？

Hello， I would like to use lock/unlock translation feature at https://hosted.weblate.org/projects/gnu-health, but I can not run wlc successful, so I want to know: Does lock/unlock feature have button in weblate UI？

So you don't have permission for that. For some reason, it was omitted from the “Manage repository” role which you have. #10758 will fix this.
