New languages in languages data #1639
Comments
https://hosted.weblate.org/languages/ksh/ is there, the others do not have an ISO code. |
Hi, Thanks for answering right away, honestly I didn't know that until the ISO code was created the language couldn't be added. Otherwise there is a difference between Ripurian and the Colognian one. Because they have two different pages. Honestly it's a bit blurry but they are variations of each. But thank you for your answer given that the Ripurian does not have an iso code for him only. (I realize my question was really stupid, I apologize.) |
We really don't want to invent our codes for languages, so we prefer to stick with the ones defined by ISO 693. You can define any languages in your Weblate instances (see https://docs.weblate.org/en/latest/admin/languages.html), but to add definition to Weblate I'd really like it to be backed by a standard. |

Some languages are missing
Describe the solution you would like
Hey, there is two language that missed in the language data, they Munegascu (mu I think), and Ripuarian language (I don't know). Are missing. It was just to add his two languages, but if I would also like you to add the "Flopa" (flp) language which does not actually exist.
