Online spec grammar test/edit/debug/develop

I'm creating a LALR(1)/FLEX online editor/tester based on https://github.com/BenHanson/gram_grep and https://github.com/BenHanson/parsertl14 compiled to wasm.

And I just added the converted https://github.com/WebAssembly/spec/blob/main/interpreter/text/parser.mly to it.

You can go to https://mingodad.github.io/parsertl-playground/playground/ and select Webassembly interpreter parser from Examples then click on Parse to see a parser tree of the code in Input source.

I hope it can facilitate document/develop/debug the spec grammar with instant feedback.
