After today's conversation with KH, the technical editor will, with assistance, assign div/@frus:doc-dateTime-min and div/@frus:doc-dateTime-max to editorial notes for XML encoding of forthcoming FRUS volumes.

TODO: Consult with Editing Division Chief re: adjusting transformation scripts and SOPs referenced in links below and possibly FRUS ODD file to reflect new practices:

TODO: Consider creating Airtable tool based on LCHAIM's • Dates to help technical editors generate accurate div/@frus:doc-dateTime-min and div/@frus:doc-dateTime-max without datelines.
