Chrome supports properties of this event called platforms and userChoice, but they are not in the spec. Are they supposed to be?

@dmurph AFAICT, Chromium is the only engine implementing this spec, and yet the spec and the implementation differs as documented in this issue (see also mdn/content#26828 and web-platform-dx/web-features#2510 (comment) ) - is this something that is on anyone's radar to fix?
