Sometimes it happens that break is comming in few seconds but you are in the middle of work.

For this use case there should be option to show bubble notification and choose user to block work for predefined amount of time but allow him to finish work for few more seconds/minutes. Eventually would be great if after 1-2mins bubble comes again to remind that pause should be made.

I think this is a good idea and a feature that should be implemented in the next few releases.
