Getting a lot of warnings like this:

2021-12-06 11:31:59 peer-table WARN PeerSocketHandler - Not writing event TRANSACTION_REQUEST to peer 78.46.160.20:7500 because write queue is full.

I don't remember that I ever saw this message before, als scanned my apm log files and could not find it. What's causing this, can it be related to one of recent changes or is it just a coincidence?
