Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

I haven't had any issues since I first installed it last year but today when I updated Dota 2 in Steam the game started crashing when changing windows (Alt+Tab). It just crashes and the logs on Fedora shows this:

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Update to "The Dragon's Gift" update
  2. Open the game
  3. Start switching windows to other apps
  4. Crashes

Same issue here, anything that can cause the window to lose focus can crash the app. If you have steam overlay disabled and you get a notification like a message that also crashes the game, same with even using volume controls that draw overlay.

For what it's worth I've run into an issue with the same symptoms, and I'm on AMD.
