RFC: prestige library maintenance

Hi! I'm trying to track down ownership of the prestige hex package. The github link for the package is dead, but the username lines up with this repo name and this repo uses prestige so I'm making a guess that the lineage winds up here somehow?

I'd like to investigate using prestige for a project but its dependencies are a bit outdated relative to newer releases of Phoenix. I'd be glad to fork and make a pull request with updates I but can't find the source.
