Its mostly a personal preference on style choice. I used to name all my website repos Website, but found that when I cloned them, there was a conflict because the name Website was already taken by another project, and had to put it in a folder that didn't match the repo name. Ive also encountered this issue with Firebase and Mongo, where you have two projects both titled Website, so I had to change one.
Since then, I've seen people use the url of the site as the name of the repo and personally found that its a good way to distinguish between different website projects, act as a form of self-documentation, and allows you to adhere to one type of branding (name) across applications.
