[mac] Can not open Osavul after closing to tray

Osavul can not be opened after closing to the Mac dock. Minimising to the dock works fine.

You can still open Osavul by clicking on the tray icon but the dock icon does not work. To re-open Osavul after clicking on the dock icon we'd need to detect that the dock has been clicked on. A quick look through the Qt docs and a google search doesn't turn up anything.

It seems likely that we'll have to use objective-c + Cocoa to fix this problem.
