NRN now uses GitHub Discussions Beta!

In order to facilitate communication within the NRN community, this repository has access to GitHub Discussions Beta.

Discussions are different from issues in the sense that it doesn't have to be a technical problem. It may be, but not necessarily directly related to NRN. It's a place where you can ask/answer questions about how to do something, etc.

It can be seen as an alternative to StackOverflow. But it doesn't replace it though.

Technical issues should use the traditional "Issues".
Questions should rather use Discussions.
