This is needed for off-site development.
- Replace ts-node with the bundler - Split client and server tsconfigs - Fixed tsc errors never picked up by the ts-node
- Converted `client`, `server` and `validators` to workspaces - Split `package.json` dependencies to each package as needed - Added path from `src/client/config.ts` to `@config` - Added path from `src/validators/` to `@validators/` - Added a (rollup) bundler to server package - Added `server.js` (server entry file) to `.gitignore`
