Inviting parents:

They receive an email for a specific experiment with a link that would let them schedule an appointment
At first we would support manually mailing eligible participants (same as calling workflow)
The email to parents should contain the relevant participation date range for their child

I suggest to make this issue only about sending invitations and not about the scheduling process.
