"Avant Gardens Achiever" - and other like that.

"Monument Maintenance" - doesn't count any buildings.

Monument Maintenance is a weird one. Despite being a building mission, it is intended to be scripted for some reason.

I think and Battle Booster from Avant Defense also work like that.
