Update manual matches (2022)

ORIS 2953 GEN_IDs 5A and 5B were changed to the correct ORIS CODE 63628 so now they match exactly with CAPD
ORIS 56032 GEN ID 0001 was corrected in CAPD to match exactly with EIA

Hi Johnathan, thanks for your work on this. Is there a plan to update the crosswalk to use 2023 year data in the near future? We are currently attempting to use the crosswalk for publishing 2023 emissions data in our Open Grid Emissions dataset, but my understanding is that the currently published crosswalk still uses data from 2018 so is missing some associations.

Hi @grgmiller, you are correct in that the currently published crosswalk output uses 2018 data. We do have plans for a more extensive update for the crosswalk in the near future, but it is possible to run the crosswalk R script for the 2023 data year to produce an output for that year. I would just caution that we cannot guarantee the matches for that data year output as we have not QA'd it. Please do keep a lookout for updates in this repo as we undergo updates!
