Get error message on compute with certain pump curve names #15

Minor issue that came up with testing:

Pump Curve name cannot be named 'Type1' or 'Type4'.

on re-opening of the epaswmm file - the data for any pump which references a curve with the above names becomes corrupted

and when you try to calculate the model - you get ERROR 209

This appears to be GUI bug so I will transfer it to the GUI.
