Dataset pages - switch labels

I think the labels on the dataset pages should be flipped -- so the table caption would contain the actual mixed-case table name (foodService.) Then the text above would have the descriptive title (Food Service Table)

As I'm using these pages to work with the API that way just makes more sense to me
