#include "pico\rand.h" #3

In three files (Functions.c, MATHS.c, MM_MISC.c" for the RP2350 compile, the include statement is

#include "pico\rand.h" instead of #include "pico/rand.h" (note the directions of the slash)

This prevents the file from being found on non-Windows platforms and the build fails. The build succeeds with the changed slash.
