Broken internal links

@ajarmusch, I noticed a number of broken internal links on the web site, https://crpl.cis.udel.edu/oaccvv/. For example, on https://crpl.cis.udel.edu/oaccvv/github/, near the end of the page, license agreement pointing to https://crpl.cis.udel.edu/oaccvv/license, but the actual page is https://crpl.cis.udel.edu/oaccvv/about/license (that is, inside about/).

I'll be happy to help resolve this, but need your guidance how: should we (a) move directory content/about/license/ to content/license/ vs. (b) adjust all links in *.md files from /license to /about/license vs. (c) add a redirection page from /license to /about/license? (..., and similar then for other affected pages.)
