As of 60ba71c, link checker fails to catch the link at https://e4e.ucsd.edu/smartfin/#:~:text=Specific%20positions%20can%20be%20found%20here%3A%20Open%20Positions..

Open Positions resolve to:

<a href="open-opportunities">Open Positions</a>

Which results in 404 which is not caught by the CI link checker.

  • Add tool to disallow relative path hyperlinks.
