rawspec -i ... -S ... occasionally leads to unreliable output to both SIGPROC filterbank files (.fil) and FBH5 filterbank files (.h5).
This has been observed several times using rawspec_testing.
It has never occured when using either -i or -S without the other option.

As a work-around, rawspec will not permit both options together on the same command line.
