How to Set Initial Parameters for MAP/MLE Estimation?

I'm working on MAP (Maximum A Posteriori) estimation using the Turing.jl and Optim.jl:

using Turing
using Optim

@model function model(...)
   ...
end
m = model(...)


optimize(m, MAP(), ...)

The optimization process is time-consuming and tends to yield an incorrect, degenerate solution.

I suspect that specifying initial parameters might help. Could anyone guide me on how to do this?
