How to call this workflow in other repositories

Hi Great work, I come from Gitlab Background where this is pretty much similar to include feature and that works perfect (https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/ci/yaml/includes.html) . But how do I call this in Github . My goal is to directly use the templates defined in this root repo to be called based on tags defined here. Sincerely appreciate help if you are doing it already.
