Hello,

I saw there was a proposal about this (see #141 and #142) but it was never completed.
Could we work on this again ?
I think it would nice to have the header staying "in place" when the content is too big and scrollbars appear !

there is nothing preventing you from putting another element in the sidebar-pane which has 'overflow: scroll-y', but I'm not convinced it needs to be part of this library.
