Can we do something like this to "lock" the admin screen? Also, for authorizing POC overrides and things like that?

Would you want this in addition to logging in? Or would you want the admin option to be available to anyone and then this to unlock the screen?

This is no longer needed for its original purpose - we still need an admin override using this same concept, to override the number of POCs scheduled per week and things like that.
