In the original thoughts behind the app we were constantly uploading a customer list so we had a balance due up to date.. we could get rid of that and add a method to "flag" the customer if they have an outstanding balance (we never really have more than 10 that are older than 30 days) and we could prevent those customers from scheduling a closing or service work.
