Hello all

I'm getting this issue right now that even with reinstalling Transkribus I can't log in I get a already logged in error

i can correctly connect to the online website without issue so I don't think it comes from my credentials

It's a bit problematic because I'm working with online documents and so can't continue my transcription (want to reach these 100 pages to ask you for a first french htr model)

Hi,
this error often points to network issues or an outdated Java version that does not include the needed certificates for establishing a secure connection to our server (see https://github.com/jersey/jersey/issues/3000).

Please send a report via the Bug report button in Transkribus as it will include the tail of the log file from your machine and hopefully lets us understand what causes the problem in your case.
