Suguestion From a Modpack Maker, certain weapons can cause mob drops. #239

I am a modpack maker who is making a progression based modpack called "Age of Magic" and am using your mod as an Utility rather than main progression, but I do not want them getting powerful items early in the game. Is there a way you can add a config that would allow certain weapons/enchants to cause mobs to drop Reliquary mob loot? Say I want to have Botania swords and Sentient Sword from Blood Magic to cause mobs drop the reliquary mob loot. I am really bad at words here, but if you need mor clarification, tell me.
