BackEnd: Workflow as a Code

This is another idea. I would like to have a sdk that would make testing plugin actions within workflow very easy. Right now it is not very difficult but you have to refer to workflow editor inside tracardi to see what is going on inside workflow.

I came up with idea to make workflow with code.

Example of that idea:

with Worflow(id="wf-id",name="") as wf:
  start_action = StartAction()  # This is ActionPlugin class that is executed inside tracardi workflow
  end_action = EndAction() # This is ActionPlugin class that is executed inside tracardi workflow
  
  wf += start_action   # This adds node to workflow
  wf += end_action  # This adds node to workflow

  start_action > end_action  # This makes an edge from start to end

wf.debug(event_id="evet-id") # this debugs workflow

Then you can debug workflow and actions inside PyCharm

The whole syntax may need some changes but it seems easy to implement right now.
