From what I can see, the left one is an mp4 which may have been merged with ffmpeg, therefore it's not impossible the video and audio were re-encoded (no clue for the video from the information in the screenshot, but the audio bit rate is different).

Two different files, one from half a year ago, and the low bitrate one from today. What am I missing here?
