About create order through the API

Hello, i'm lookin about creating order on https://tiendanube.docs.apiary.io/#reference/order/managing-orders, and i saw that orders can't be created through the API. But on this repo says it can be created through the API. So can i create order through the API?

As long as your app has permission to it, you can create orders.
